1. Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery methods within mainland United Kingdom:

  • Express Delivery
  • Standard Delivery
  • Click & Collect (Free)

Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout depending on the selected service.

We use DPD as our primary courier service.

2. Express Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the next business day.

Express delivery normally arrives the next working day after dispatch, depending on the courier service and delivery location.

Express delivery operates Monday to Friday only.

We are closed on weekends, therefore orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next working day.

3. Standard Delivery

Standard delivery orders will be dispatched within 3 business days from the date the order is received and confirmed.

Delivery time begins once production is completed.

Delivery normally takes place Monday to Friday only.

Production time may vary depending on the product, order size, and artwork approval.

4. Click & Collect (Free)

Click & Collect is free of charge.

Orders will normally be ready for collection within 24 hours from the time the order is received and confirmed.

You will be notified by email when your order is ready.

Collection is available during our business opening hours only.

Customers must ensure they collect the correct order before leaving the premises.

5. Delivery Address

Delivery is available to residential and business addresses within mainland UK.

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • incorrect address details
  • incomplete address details
  • incorrect postcode
  • incorrect recipient name
  • delivery access restrictions
  • missed delivery attempts

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where delivery information appears incorrect or incomplete.

6. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • courier delays
  • weather conditions
  • traffic disruption
  • operational delays
  • high seasonal demand
  • incorrect customer information
  • circumstances outside our control

Delivery services operate Monday to Friday.

No weekend delivery is guaranteed unless specifically agreed.

7. Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery where required.

8. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer absence or incorrect delivery details:

  • the courier may attempt redelivery
  • the parcel may be returned to us
  • additional delivery charges may apply

We are not responsible for delays caused by failed delivery attempts.

9. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery or collection.

Any issues including:

  • damage
  • missing items
  • incorrect items

must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

Claims made after this time may not be accepted.

If damage is visible at delivery, customers should:

  • refuse the parcel where possible
  • notify us immediately

We may request photographic evidence to investigate claims.

10. Production Time

Delivery time does not include production time.

Production begins once:

  • payment is received
  • artwork is approved
  • order details are confirmed

Production time may vary depending on:

  • order size
  • product type
  • artwork complexity
  • stock availability

11. Liability

We accept no liability for:

  • courier delays
  • delivery service interruptions
  • indirect losses caused by late delivery
  • customer provided incorrect delivery details
  • failed delivery attempts

Risk in goods may pass to the customer upon delivery.

12. Delivery Coverage

Delivery is currently available within mainland United Kingdom only.

We reserve the right to decline delivery to certain locations.

Additional charges may apply for remote areas.

International delivery is not currently offered unless agreed in writing.

13. Updates

We reserve the right to update this Delivery Policy at any time.
